Day 62

Today we drove the 5 1/2 hours back home. I rode in my crate the whole ride, but I did have a buddy next to me in another crate! We brought back a puppy named Sol for his new raiser. On our way home we had to take Paula to the GEB Training School. She's been having some medical issues and has to have some tests done. I'm going to miss her! But mom reminded me that I have Dahlia and Ben to play with back at home!

Day 61

Today I got to go to BK for a few hours and hang with Connolly in the office. Then I saw Dr. H and she said my ear infection is all gone! Yay!
In the afternoon I got to go on a hike with a bunch of new doggie friends and we even got to swim, I only swam a little, but I did do it a few times! It was a lot of fun!

Day 60

Mom said this may be my last time getting to run and play in the BDA. We drive home on Saturday. Tonight I got to play with Paula and Papaya. We had a lot of fun!!

Day 59

I had LOTS of fun in the BDA today with Paula, Heaven, and Kate!

Day 58

This is me in my official GEB bandanna. I where this whenever I go somewhere that normal dogs can't go. This way the people who own and work at the stores know that I'm a special puppy and I'm learning to be a guide dog! When I have my Walk and Talk in November mom says if I behave myself I could earn my vest! I hope I get it in November!

Day 57

Just hanging out with my sis after dinner. I love her, she lets me chew on her, but mom doesn't like me to so then I have to stop myself..... But she's teaching me lots of good stuff like how to be quiet in my kennel and self control. Big sister's are the best!

Day 56

Mom took us to the BDA today to play with Heaven. I was all tuckered out after that!

Day 55

Today I got to play a lot with another GEB pup Marah! She's a German Shepherd and is 6 months old. She's a lot of fun to play with!

Day 54

Mom says I always can make her smile. She says I'm silly because when I first get up in the morning I'm still so tired that I just sit there with a toy in my mouth and I'm not sure what I want to do.
Today after mom got out of work she took me to the BDA to run around with Paula and Connolly. They were crazy running past me so I just made sure I stayed out of their way! But I still had fun!

Day 53

Today mom took me to see my friend Jill again. You see my ears had been bothering me and well, I have an ear infection in both ears. So now mom has to put more medicine in them every day for one week and then hopefully I'll be all better! I was a very good girl while Jill looked in my ears.
When we got home I got to have some fun play time with my favorite pal Paula! Then mom made us practice "place" and I was unimpressed with that!

 

Day 52

So mom had to put my kennel on top of Paula's kennel for a little extra space for a dog that she is sitting until tomorrow. So when she looked next to her I was right there! I made her smile. :) Tonight mom had dinner outside on the deck! And me and Paula got to hang out with her. It was a lot of fun.

Day 51

Today after work mom, Paula, and I spent a lot of time playing outside and while we were out there, this funny loud thing kept going back and forth. Mom calls it a lawn mower and that it cuts grass, but what do you need one of those for if you have me to eat all the grass??? I was interested in it and thought it was pretty weird!

Day 50

Tonight I got to help at PPC again in Ulster Region! I got to teach the new raiser's how to lure me into a sit, follow me, people greetings, and charm them with my cuteness! Mom also took a bunch of silly pictures of me!

Day 49

Today mom took me and Paula to the BDA again. I love it up there!!! And then I got to meet Trusty's people. They were dropping Trusty off for her IFT, mom says maybe sometime I can spend some time with Susan and mom will get her puppy Krista. Mom also got a picture of my sister Evita and my brother Edward today, they don't look anything like me!

Day 48

Today I got to go play at Nicole's house with Kayla, Josie, Dexter, Bailey, Frost, and Liesel! Then mom took me and Paula up in the BDA to walk and play. It was a good day for a puppy!!
