Day 22

Today I had Puppy Kindergarten! Puppy K is when only the puppies under 6 months old get together for class and we meet on the weeks that we don't have class with all the dogs in my region. I had to practice looking at mom when she said my name (I did great even when I was distracted by my puppy friends!), sit and down and we added staying in a sit and down longer, then we went outside and practiced walking without pulling, and then we came back inside and did a little more sits and downs.

Day 21

Today sure was a busy day! I got to go with Paula and GEB Filene to Subway for lunch (with the humans to of course!), then we got ice cream at Abbott's. Then we came home and I took a short nap and then my new best bud came over to play! His name is Tank and he is a Rottweiler puppy. He's smaller then me right now, but he'll be bigger then me in no time!

 

 

Day 20

Today I got to go to a family reunion! I met lots of cousins and aunts and uncles, and some of the cousins were kids! I was perfect and very calm around the 3 other dogs that were running around and playing. When it was time for the humans to eat Paula and I took naps in our kennels and then had our dinner and then it was time to come home.

Day 19

I live with two other dogs besides my sister Paula. Dahlia and Ben were also GEB puppies at one point, but Dahlia decided she didn't want to be a guide and Ben had a medical problem so they came back home to be forever pets!

Day 18

My ears are so big they do weird things and point in weird directions. Mom thinks it's funny.

Day 17

Today Papaya who is another GEB pup came over for a play date. She goes back to Guiding Eyes for her In-For-Training test this weekend so this was her last play date at our house. Mom didn't take any pictures of the play date so this is just a picture of me at the lake on Sunday. I had fun checking out all the rocks and seaweed on the ground. :)

Day 16

It sure is hot out again! We've been spending the day inside by the fan or outside playing in the kiddie pool. I hope everyone stays cool!!
